Kazi is an AI-powered assistant accessible through WhatsApp that helps you with:

• Setting reminders
• Answering questions
• Processing voice commands
• General assistance tasks

3. Account and Eligibility

To use Kazi, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have a valid WhatsApp account
• Provide accurate information

4. Free and Paid Services

Free Tier: Includes 10 messages per day and 2 active reminders.

Pro Subscription: $5/month for unlimited messages and reminders.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kazi to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Send harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. AI Limitations

Kazi is an AI assistant and may:

• Make mistakes or provide inaccurate information
• Not understand certain requests
• Have service interruptions

You should not rely on Kazi for critical decisions, medical advice, legal advice, or emergency situations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Kazi service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
